A pet deposit of $200 and monthly pet rent of $25 is required.
Are credit and background checks performed?
To ensure security & safety, we do perform credit and background checks.
What are tenants responsible for?
-Yard maintenance
-Utilities
-Following HOA guidelines ( if applicable)
Is a security deposit
required?
An equivalent to one month's rent is required to secure your home while signing your lease!
